About the Programme

This module is aimed at providing the learners with requirements for selected Shariah contracts in planning the Shariah Review exercise.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the module, learners should be able to:

• Identify the essential elements (arkan) and the necessary conditions (shurut) of the applicable Shariah contracts.
• Outline the appropriate Shariah requirements to be included in the Shariah Review checklist.
• Identify the common practices or scenario that could lead to Shariah Non-Compliance in the implementation of Shariah contracts.
