About the Programme

This module emphasises on the fundamental concepts and principles of Shariah. The module elaborates on the application of Shariah in Islamic finance.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the module, learners should be able to:

  • Discuss Shariah theories, principles and concepts that focus on Muamalat Contracts; and
  • Appreciate various forms of Mualamat contracts commonly practised in mainstream products and services.
